During the Offer Period, any person who purchases an Xiaomi Redmi 4A mobile device from any third party seller listed on Amazon.in and thereafter lists a used mobile device for sale on the 'Amazon Used and Refurbished store' on Amazon.in (such person hereinafter referred to as a "Purchaser" and such Xiaomi Redmi 4A mobile device hereinafter referred to as "Product"), will be entitled to receive an Amazon Gift Card worth INR 250 issued by Qwikcilver ("Gift Card"), which amount will reflect as Amazon Pay Balance ("Amazon Pay Balance"). However, this Offer will not be available in case the Purchaser returns the Product or the order for such Product is cancelled or refunded.
  6. This Offer can only be availed by a Purchaser once, i.e. the first time he/ she meets the above eligibility criteria during the Offer Period. In the event any Purchaser fails to meet any of the above stated eligibility criteria or any term under these Offer Terms, he/she will not be eligible to receive the Gift Card under this Offer.
  7. This Offer is valid only if the Purchaser uses the same Amazon.in account to purchase the Product and thereafter list the used mobile device on the 'Amazon Used and Refurbished store' on Amazon.in starting 20th March, 2017 till 20th April, 2017.
  8. Information with respect to the Gift Card will be sent to the registered email ID of the eligible Purchaser by Amazon within 30 days from the date on which the Product has been purchased.
  9. Amazon Pay Balance is a sum of all balances associated with Gift Cards in your Amazon.in account. Gift Cards are issued by Qwikcilver and are subject to the Gift Card Terms. The Gift Card, including Amazon Pay Balance will expire one year from the date of issuance by QwikCilver. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.
